Prime Minister Narendra Modi made it clear to US Vice President JD Vance that only matter related to Kashmir left to be discussed is that of Pakistan returning the territory under its illegal occupation. He reportedly told Vance that talks will be held only when Pakistan will talk about handing over terrorists.
