Women’s functional intimates brand Tilt has raised ₹3 crore in a seed funding round from the Deepak Bhagnani Family Office. It added that the funds were raised in August.

The company said the funds are being deployed to expand distribution and accelerate growth. Founded by Shaivya Ramani and Raj Jain in 2022, Tilt develops functional innerwear for women.

“We started Tilt with the opposite approach: identify an everyday problem women have normalised, understand why existing products are inadequate and create a solution that fits naturally into our lives. Women have historically been expected to adjust themselves to the limitations of intimate products.,” said Shaivya Ramani, co-founder of Tilt. “

The brand’s monthly net revenue grew more than 10-fold between April 2025 and April 2026 and has served more than 50,000 women, with a strong repeat ratio and customer love. It has sold primarily through its own website and is also available online marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, Ajio and more. The brand said it aims to scale to ₹10 crore in monthly revenue over the next 18 months.

The seed investment came from the Deepak Bhagnani Family Office, which backs early-stage businesses and consumer companies. Shriyam Bhagnani, an investor at the family office, is actively involved in India’s startup ecosystem alongside her career as an actor. “The founders had identified a real and underserved consumer problem, created a product-led solution and demonstrated that customers were willing to return. That combination of innovation, demand and repeat behaviour gave us conviction in the company’s potential,”Bhagnani added.
