Patna: Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) will organise ‘Sahyog Shivir’ across all six circles on Tuesday to provide residents a single-window platform for submitting complaints, suggestions and applications related to civic services and other government departments.The camps will be held on the first and third Tuesday of every month to facilitate direct interaction between citizens and municipal officials. Applications related to PMC services will be addressed by the civic body, while complaints related to other departments will be forwarded to the respective authorities for necessary action.Municipal commissioner Yashpal Meena said the initiative aims to make grievance redressal more accessible and reduce the need for residents to visit multiple offices. Citizens can approach the nearest camp with their applications and supporting documents, he added.According to PMC, the Patliputra circle camp will be held at Ashiana Palace near Lalu Khatwal, Friends Colony Road (Ward 5). The New Capital circle camp will be organised at Kaushal Nagar Community Hall (Ward 9), while Bankipur circle residents can visit the Community Hall in Patna (Ward 39).The Kankarbagh circle camp will be held at Community Bhawan Mandir, Navratnapur, Ganga Vishnu Nagar (Ward 31). In Patna City circle, the camp venue will be Chhoti Nagla, Panchit Baithaka (Ward 70), while Azimabad circle residents can visit Government Middle School, Ramna, Eidgah Road, Bhadra Ghat, Gulzarbagh (Ward 58).The civic body has appealed to residents to make use of the camps and actively participate in the grievance redressal process to help improve the quality of civic services across the city.
