Education minister Mithilesh Tiwari inaugurates Bihar Robotics Competition

Patna: More than 80 students from over 20 schools showcased their innovation, technical skills and problem-solving abilities at the Bihar Robotics Competition organised by HiProTech in Patna on Saturday.The event provided students an opportunity to explore robotics, STEM education and technology through hands-on challenges and competitions. Participating teams demonstrated creative solutions and applied their technical knowledge to practical tasks.Education minister Mithilesh Tiwari interacted with students and lauded their enthusiasm. He said Bihar’s students possessed immense talent and needed suitable opportunities to nurture their abilities and experiment with new ideas.Emphasising the importance of robotics and innovation, Tiwari said science and technology-based activities help develop scientific thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills. He encouraged students to move beyond textbooks and engage in experimentation, research and innovation.
