Hathaway also revealed that she kept a photograph of Sigourney Weaver’s iconic Alien character Ellen Ripley in the space, describing Ripley as a kind of guiding spirit while she worked on the film. The actress said the trailer became an unexpectedly important part of her daily routine on set.
