Lenskart Solutions is set to witness a sizeable secondary share sale as existing investor Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP seeks to offload up to 20.8 million shares, equivalent to around 1.2 per cent of the company’s outstanding share capital, through a block deal on Friday.
The deal has been launched at a floor price of ₹630 per share, 1.7% discount to Lenskart’s closing price of ₹640.60 on the NSE on August 27, 2026. At the floor price, the deal is valued at approximately ₹1,313 crore (about US$137 million).
