Patna: BJP will launch a month-long ‘Seva Samarpan Abhiyan’ from Sept 17 to Oct 17 across Bihar, extending the campaign down to the panchayat level to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years in public life, state BJP president Sanjay Saraogi said on Monday.The campaign roadmap was finalised at a BJP legislature party meeting in Patna attended by CM Samrat Choudhary, MPs, MLAs and MLCs. Party leaders emphasised taking information about welfare schemes and development initiatives of the Centre and the Bihar govt to people, particularly at the grassroots level.Saraogi urged elected representatives and party workers to strengthen outreach in their constituencies and make the campaign a meaningful public-service initiative. He said govts led by PM Modi at the Centre and CM Samrat Choudhary in Bihar were working for the welfare of the poor, farmers, youth, women and marginalised sections.He asked party workers to connect with beneficiaries of govt schemes, understand their concerns and help resolve grievances. Guidelines were also issued for outreach programmes and organisational activities planned during the campaign.Earlier in the day, the BJP held a state-level meeting to finalise preparations for ‘Kahani Badlav Ki’, a programme highlighting developments and welfare initiatives during Modi’s 25 years in public life.State BJP co-in charge Deepak Prakash, organisation general secretary Bhikhubhai Dalsania, minister Pramod Chandravanshi and other senior leaders, along with district coordinators and members of the party’s social media and IT teams, attended the meeting.
