Patna: State industries department facilitated the participation of 10 local entrepreneurs in the India-Vietnam Trade Promotion and Networking event held in Ho Chi Minh City, as part of efforts to expand Bihar’s global trade network.The Bihar delegation showcased agricultural and processed products, including makhana, Katarni rice, millet cookies, honey, sattu and spices. The products drew interest from Vietnamese importers, with the participation resulting in export orders and potential trade partnerships, according to the department.The initiative is aimed at promoting exports by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and expanding market access for Bihar-based businesses.
